Though Tim Burton is known for his spooky and macabre avante garde style, he never released a true horror film. That is not until the 1999 Johnny Depp starrer "Sleepy Hollow." Also starring Christina Ricci and Christopher Walken as the Headless Horseman, this horror film tells the classic tale Washington Irving tale of Ichabod Crane in with a few twists that make this movie an exciting and Halloween appropriate dive into the world of Forgotten Horror!
