Forgotten Cinema: Lead Up

While we all await the beginning of a new season of Forgotten Cinema coming on May 1st, the content doesn't start there. For our Forgotten Cinema community on Patreon, we've started a brand new series called Forgotten Cinema: Lead Up.

The premise is simple. In this world of reboots, sequels, prequels and re-imaginings, there's always a new edition coming soon to a theater near you. When that's the case, we take action by watching and discussing the movies that have come before leading up to the latest entry into that franchise.

We've got a couple IPs on our radar right now (Road House, The Planet of the Apes series, Beverly Hills Cop series and more!) But to start us off, we've entered the world of ghostbustin'.

Our first episode is out now! Now, the older films (Ghostbusters, Ghostbusters II, Ghostbusters: Answer the Call, Ghostbusters: Afterlife) are exclusive for our Forgotten Cinema community on Patreon. And we'll be live-streaming our Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire episode for the community as well. But the Frozen Empire episode will be available for public consumption days later.
