Yes, we agree. But what we discovered when we would discuss films in front of those people born before the year 2000, they had no idea what we were talking about. Some didn't realize that Tom Hanks used to do straight comedies. Splash!, anyone? The Man with One Red Shoe? Dragnet? C'mon! You've got to remember the movie, Dragnet? (Yes, we remember the TV show as well)
