There's two things you can't stop doing after watching the movie, Waitress — smiling ear to ear and being hungry for some pie. This indie film is full of great performances, poignant scenes, and overall good vibes (as the younger generations say these days).
This is one of those movies which I would point to when someone asks me how important a script is when making a film. Now, this movie isn't a quality watch only because of the script. It really does take a village to tell a great story. But when you start off a project with a strong script, everyone's job because a lot easier.
